Works as advertised

I was reluctant to purchase a bed/mattress online or without trying it first, but after much research, and reading other reviews, decided to try the Ghostbed products. We purchased a king bed with separate adjustable bases (split king) and after taking Marc's Mattress Quiz to determine the best mattress for us, ordered the 3D mattress. The twin XL base is fairly heavy so my husband and a buddy set it up. The directions are easy to follow and set up was a snap. We have a king bed frame and the 2 twin XL bases fit in perfectly! The base is extremely quiet, offers a range of positions and we appreciate the built in USB port for our phones. The mattresses arrived in a fairly small box and it was hard to believe that a mattress fit in there but it did! And what fun it was to take the plastic off and watch it "inflate"! In a matter of seconds, the mattress was almost full size and boy is it comfortable! Knowing that there is a 101 sleep night trial made it easier to purchase a mattress online however there was no need to return it, as we both have loved our new base and mattress. My husband does suffer from GERD and normally has to raise his head at night with a wedge pillow. Sleeping in the anti-snore position, he hasn't been coughing, snoring or making those other noises that wake us up! In addition, when I have contacted Customer Service, they have been very responsive, friendly and helpful.The only down side, which isn't a Ghostbed issue, is making the split king bed as it requires 2 fitted twin XL sheets and a king flat sheet. Just awkward, especially when you're short like me! My husband and I love our new Ghostbed but we aren't the only ones. We can barely get our dogs out of our bed! I highly recommend this company and their products!

The mattress provides superior comfort. I've been sleeping very well since the first night, so much so that my cleaning lady came in the next morning to make sure I was breathing!

We sleep so much better than we ever had, my only regret was not getting this sooner.I really thought we would spend more time in bed but to many things to do.But we love the functionally of this bed and look forward to utilizing it more in the future.

After searching written reviews and watching youtube video reviews we decided to purchase a Ghostbed split king, 3D Matrix system. This is essentially two extra long twins. This was purchased to reduce movement transfer from RLS. The bed frame has all the features that the expensive systems offer. The mattress is very comfortable. I knew from the reviews that there wasn't much edge support, which is true. This makes it trickier for activities, other than sleep, with a split king. The mattress had a strong smell for a couple weeks. The mattress cover and sheet helped, the smell is now gone. We believe the creator of this company really did develop an affordable system that meets and exceeds our needs for a good night sleep. My husband used to wake with back pain in the morning and that is a thing of the past. It has only been a few months but at this point I do feel this is a good product with a lot of attention to detail and would recommend.
