The mattress I ordered worked immediately the 1st night. I was amazed with this mattress. It has helped my entire body from my head to my feet and especially my back. I would also give the pillow a five star. Thank you so much GhostBed Staff! Rosie

I bought a Matrix King Bundle with the shredded pillows. I later added the Memory Foam pillows. The bed is great! Sheets are great! Both cam packaged well. Not a huge fan of either set of pillows. They are OK but for what they cost would not buy again. Customer service was excellent, products shipped on time and easy to track order. My review is closer to a 5 than a 4 but the pillows held the rating back. 5 star without the pillows.

The bed is great very comfortable. I do wish that I would have got a full size bed instead

The Queen is comfortable for one large person or two smaller people. Tried to return for a King and one can't return it for that reason. Beware.
