Ghost bed flex delivered approximately four weeks ago. We cannot tell you all how very pleased with the purchase, service, and follow up. Melody has gone from not being able to sleep a full night because of back pain to no more back pain, and she just loves the bed. We looked at several options but in the end we were impressed with the coil and memory foam aspect of the flex, as well as the delivery time. So interesting to get a bed in a box, unwrap it, and watch it grow before your eyes. Thank you!

To months in. Ordered the bed at about 10:30 am and received it at 9:38am the next day. Got the queen bed. I am 260 lb male and my back hasn't hurt since I got the bed. Love it so far.

Overall: This is my first adjustable bed and it is AWESOME. The massage functionality and the ability to adjust head and foot independently is great. I did a lot of research on such a costly purchase and I found that Ghostbed provides the most functionality for the best value. I bought a different mattress that is 100% organic but it fits just as well on this base and acts as expected. I initially had my old spring mattress on it while waiting for the new mattress and that did not work as well so you will need a latex/foam/hybrid type of mattress for best adjustability results. Shipping: The box is heavy but I was able to drag it into my house and set it up myself... just carefully. Ideally, if you have someone help that may be best but you can do it on your own if you really need to do so by leaning it onto its side to attach the feet and plug everything in underneath and then slowly sitting it up. Adjustability: The pre-set for 'watching tv' is a bit too forward. I cannot imagine anyone being comfortable in that position for any reason but I like that you can save your own personal setting using the 'M' button. It can be challenging to get it to save properly but it will save. Massage: The massagers are great! As others have noted, the sound is not quiet on the highest setting but I use white noise to go to sleep to at night so it does not bother me as it adds to that white noise. It is not loud or deafening, it is simply not whisper-quiet. Anyone with pets, my cats were a bit put off by the massagers at first but now it does not phase them so it does not seem to be a concern for pets, in case anyone was wondering. If you adjust the bed a lot you may need pet stairs if they do not want to jump very high. Under the Bed: - I love the storage space underneath. - The additional USB ports on both sides of the bed are awesome, too! - The lights below are great but they do not last long enough for me to run to the bathroom and back in the middle of the night so I don't really use it much.

After sleeping on a very expensive Tempurpedic mattress, for several years, and suffering from restless sleep, from getting too hot and waking up with aches and pains (we are both in our 60's), we decided enough was enough and went with our daughter and son-in-law's recommendation to try the Ghostbed, which they love (and they had tried two other on-line mattress purchases, which they returned, for being too soft or too hard). The mattress surface is cool to the touch, and stays cool all night, and it has a medium density for support which is perfect...no aches & pains! We also received two, free, Ghostbed pillows with each mattress. They are made of the same materials and they're great, too! These mattress's were also about half the price of the name brand, spring, pillow top, mattresses at our local store. I admit that we were hesitant about trying Ghostbed because we were used to the in-store, 'try before you buy' tradition, but the price was right and we also didn't want to venture into a store in the middle of COVID outbreak. We decided to take the leap because Ghostbed had a great money-back guarantee and the same type of warranty as our old, over-priced, Tempurpedic bed, and our family recommendation, too. The Ghostbed website was easy to maneuver, the customer service was awesome and they even kept us informed, every step of the way, as to when to expect their fast delivery. Needless to say, we'll never go into a physical store to buy an over-priced mattress again. Don't hesitate to buy one of these because you may think they're too good to be true, or for whatever reason, but they are wonderful and you won't regret it!

So, I’m actually a repeat customer!! We upgraded our bed to a king once we moved. I bought the bundle which included king mattress, frame, sheets, and pillows. 2 shredded foam and 2 memory foam. I didn’t need any adjustment period and the sheets are absolutely amazing to sleep on. If nothing else buy the pillows they are so worth it!
