Site is easy to navigate. Package took a little longer than expected to arrive. Selection was easy as I knew exactly what I wanted. The product is amazing. I was expecting it to be like other bug products especially since it is safe for pets and people but it isn't. The first time we used it 95% of our bugs disappeared. Now in addition to routine monthly use it stays available for immediate use if bugs are spotted. Thank you for this product.

I'm very happy with the spray,but the bed bug traps aren't doing anything for me,but I just see a few now. Could I return 3 unopened boxes and get more spray,please?? Thanks Isabel B Salazar

The dogs don't run when I spray them, and it has a nice smell.
