Your product is good as advertised, but I can no longer do business with you again, WHY?!!? Because you try to get too slick at checkout!!! You've tried to trick me into buy a magazine subscription!!! You tried to trick me into a subscription to bug md!!!

I do not have any bugs but wanted it as a preventative measure. New tenants always bring cockroaches in their boxes etc. I got infested from my neighbor once. Took about 2 months to get rid of them!

I ordered the item on 10/12/2022. On 10/19/2022 it arrived in Arnel, NJ and nothing since. I contacted customer service on 11/01/2022. They gave me a nice generic answer about possible delays in shipment. A check of the tracking info would verify the situation. I would like my money back.

BugMD was very prompt in getting my order to me. The products seem very effective against bugs. I especially like the window corner sticky panels to catch flies, etc., in my garage. There always seems to be bunch of bugs there.
