I cant recommend Garden Trends enough. I ordered a Christmas tree from them and when i arrived i tested it and it had the wrong connector it didnt fit, so i contacted them and they arranged collection of the tree and offered me another one or a refund, i went for another tree but then was told it was sold out, they offered me a different tree but it was more money and i didnt have that to spend so i said no, but then they told me i could have it for the same price, i was amazed, it turned up today and is perfect in every way, i am so happy and grateful to them. Brilliant customer service.
