Excellent company to deal with. Bought same tree last year. Tree superb until just after Xmas, contacted company to enquire about a replacement but out of stock, sent me a total refund!! Order new tree this year and ordered incorrect tree, contacted company who sent me a replacement free of cost. I returned in correct tree. Would strongly recommend this firm.
