Although the initial item was faulty Garden Trends sent a replacement and arranged for collection of the faulty item with the minimum of delay

Loved the value for money on the Christmas lights. I'd seen them elsewhere for a lot more. All arrived quickly in perfect condition, but needed to return one item that was to big. Had to contact customer service when tracking showed item returned but no refund acknowledgement received. They where very helpful, polite and quick to resolve the matter. Overall, a highly positive experience and would certainly purchase from them again.
