Thank you to Stuart for sorting out our delivery problems with Evri. Easy ordering and excellent customer service.

The original tree was out of stock, I was offered a replacement, which in turn was the wrong one. However, customer service was excellent, prompt and understanding replies with options on how to resolve. Things can go wrong, but it's how you deal with them that's important and I can't fault Garden trends at all in how they dealt with and resolved them
