I am extremely happy with my new sofa and the entire purchasing experience. Everything was handled professionally from start to finish. Communication was excellent, the delivery process was smooth, and the customer service team was very helpful throughout. The sofa itself is absolutely wonderful. The quality, comfort, and appearance exceeded my expectations, and it looks fantastic in my home. I am very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend this company to others. I do have one question: where can I purchase a cover for this sofa? I would appreciate any information or recommendations. If possible, could you please help me find the correct cover for this model? The Richmond 4 seater dining table is beautifully made. It's really sturdy and heavy, so it will not blow away like some furniture does. Ordering online was easy. We were told mid-June, which was fine. The only problem we encountered was that we then received an email to be told it would be the end of May. Normally not a problem but we would be away on holiday. With a bit of digging, I found out where the local delivery depot was and contacted them. 4S distribution was extremely helpful. They rearranged our delivery for when we returned. All in all would recommend garden trends for prompt and efficient service and quality of product.
