Lovely fibre optic tree and great value.

Easy to order but very disappointed with delivery updates. Never received notification that the parcel was out for delivery or had been delivered. It was only when I received another parcel, the next day, to nominated safe place that I saw the parcel from yourselves

Was told would recieve the items mid September had to contact use to say they hadn’t arrived use then said it would be mid October and use were supposed to notify me they did arrive then and they were worth the wait

Kept upto date on order at all stages.

Making a purchase was very good, Returning a bit expensive And Long winded issuing a refund and waiting a refund
