very helpful about return and replacement not received yet hopefully asap

Over all a quick response was given I was initially not happy with the response but in reflection it made sense I don’t believe the Christmas tree I ordered was worth the money. But paying for a return was not something I would plan on doing. The tree does have its faults but I will live with it this year.

lights require resetting after you turn off power and require resetting once you power up again

It’s a good sized box. It would be good if you offered a construction service. The inner zippable liner is a very tight fit in the box and I’m not sure how long the zip will last. Being very gentle with it.

Very happy with the delivery timing of this tree. Arrived very quickly. Not so good with the company that delivered tree. It was left on doorstep in the rain, without ringing bell.
