Just fyi - your carrier did not advise when they were coming - luckily I was there to receive - but the driver said if I'd been out they would have dropped it at the roadside - which in our case would literally be in the street - so their comms needs some work. Excellent product just as described , good price

I purchased the lights and tree from the Range . . . The lights arrived but no tree and you can never get a telephone call through to The Range so I phoned the garden Trends help desk and the lady was ever so nice and apologized for the lateness and 24 hours later it arrived . The rep from the garden Trends said something went wrong with the order she was very perfesional and very polite and I would buy things from the garden Trends direct as The Range is a no go as you cannot call and try and sort it out it has to be online all the time . . .
