We like these beds, but one of them had no threads on the strut. Had to manufacture threads for it. You might want more quality control on them.

I just wish that delivery did not take as long as it does. The product is nice and works well though.

So far I really like this product! It arrive packaged nicely and was super simple to put together! My only complaint is that I did have to modify it to fit the elevated raised bed I have, which is no fault of the company. It was super easy to make the modification. The issue comes in from reaching out to customer support to ask about if they sold separate caps/plugs so that I could modify the unit I purchased and I was told it wasn’t advisable and that I should either fill the bed to the top or buy a different unit that would better fit my bed. They were a bit more helpful when I explained that because I had put the product together already before realizing I had an issue (there are supports in the center of my elevated bed that stuck out more than the grid tubing had enough flexibility to accommodate) I was no longer eligible for a refund. They gave me a couple of other suggestions and offered to send me a couple of end caps/plugs to try. I adjusted my plan for modifying the unit and didn’t need any plugs/end caps after all. All that to say, this is a fantastic product, especially if you don’t feel as confident in DIYing a drip irrigation system on your own. I love how it’s latest set up for square foot gardening, making it easier to plant out your seeds and how doesn’t require too much adjusting. I’d likely purchase again.

We are currently using 2 4x8 grids for our raised beds while we are on a 2 week boating trip. We have timers set to water every day and hope nothing goes wrong. Last year we tried one for my cantaloupe seedlings and they all died. We have tested and set the water flow for a longer time this trip.
