Second order, was delayed because the driver got injured the day he was meant to deliver. Still delivered in the next few days despite the injury, what a star!! One small thing the team missed, was to call me to confirm the re-delivery date, so I had to leave my office earlier and get back home for the delivery. Luckily I am flexible with work, so no issues, just leaving this comment so the team is aware and avoids it in future.
