Worry free process, tracking could have been better but was adequate.

Initially both myself and a former bedding company employee had some reservations about the "mattress in a box" concept but I am really glad that I overcame them and ordered this mattress. It arrived promptly was much easier to unpack than I had feared and was ready to sleep on (for a great night's sleep) in a couple of hours. Highly recommended and very affordable.
