Accessories couldn’t be attached

The cable manager and other accessories that came with the table couldn’t be attached as there are holes in the table to put the screws in.

Nothing about buying or receiving the desk was pleasant

Firstly, the whole process of buying the desk was frustrating in the extreme. The website was clunky to use and often would log me out, not accept my password manager etc. Then the buying process was not much easier. Trying to get my VAT number submitted was impossible yet somehow the tax was adjusted anyway despite not validating my number. Selecting the product and it's various add-ons and accessories was utterly painful and when you changed your mind about something you had to go through the whole process again. Eventually i managed to select exactly what I wanted and made the purchase only to be contacted the following day to say selected items were out of stock. That was incredibly annoying, surely that's a basic feature of any product website that you don't let people select out of stock inventory?!?! The time between ordering the desk and the delivery process starting was too long. Competitor desk manufacturers promised next day dispatch. I wish I had gone to them instead! Once the desk was dispatched (in 7!!! separate envelopes and boxes) via DHL i was subjected to even more delay and frustration. Getting any information as to the current status of the parcels was pure fantasy. The status changed on a daily basis from being out for delivery to being back at the warehouse and then being customs checked and then out for delivery again. And then the tracking numbers all merged and de-merged. I know this isn't Fully's fault but it is their courier of choice. The parcels arrived bit by bit over a three week period!!!! Once i got all 7 boxes and envelopes the process of putting the desk together was straightforward. The quality of the bamboo desktop was disappointing and not of the quality i hoped for. All over the desktop there are small gritty bumps like someone has applied the top level varnish without wiping the surface clean first. Would I recommend Fully to anyone? Hell no Am I happy with the desk? Mainly yes but the grit issue annoys me daily Do I wish I'd bought a desk elsewhere? Definitely yes I thought about complaining about the desktop but I didn't want anything more to do with Fully

Just pathetic

Ordered a desk one full month ago and still haven't recieved the full order. It's mind boggling why they have used TNT, the worst experience is there's no tracking options. You have no idea when the delivery will arrive, if it will arrive, the customer service is non existent. Its the worst purchase I've made in years I genuinely don't understand why the courier is TNT, its been a full month of waiting and I still don't have all the packages I need to assemble the desk. But I'm greatful that they managed to deliver the UK power socket, it'd be super great if they managed to deliver the remaining desk too? But then again I feel that's too much of an ask for TNT
