France & Son did a great job helping us to get the piece of furniture delivered safely and in a reasonable time frame. Will definitely look to purchase again with them!

It was a little cumbersome checking the Quantum Shipping page for updates. . . the table was backordered from the factory so that added to the confusion a bit. Overall, not too bad.

Shipping was ok, just wish they had better communication. While good at the office and service was great with Elizabeth W, I would say their lack of proper communication to the delivery folks needs improvement. I was overall happy just need some improvement to make it even better.

France & Son is a treasure trove of unique and beautiful items! From light fixtures to sofas, chairs, and tables, they have it all. I recently bought a gorgeous chandelier that has become the centerpiece of my dining room. The quality is excellent, and the customer service was very helpful throughout the process. I will definitely be back for more.
