Majority of the sizes were too small and virtually useless

The products themselves were good. This was my second purchase through food huggers bc I liked their products. This time though, I got 2 sets of the cheese covers as gifts. They were loose in the shipping package (not hooked in the display packaging) and only 2/4 of each set were there. 2 of the sizes were nowhere to be found. Happened to be the same 2 from each set so it had to be an issue at the factory or shipping center. The shipping container didn’t look like it had been tampered with, appears they were shipped that way. I emailed them asking how we could make this right and never got a response. So disappointing.

Placed an order on November 2nd. By end of the first week in December it didn’t arrive. Tracking showed it in a town about 20 minutes from my house for over 2 weeks. I have called and left a message. Sent an email and entered a site comment about my order being lost in transit. No reply from company. It’s now December 17th.
