Overpriced and your trapped to get a Fontana cover that fits properly

I would give a 5 because we love the pizza oven so much but our shipment was missing all the nuts and bolts and had dented parts. We understand bumps can happen during shipping but it took 2 weeks to get parts from NC in the US. Parts should have been shipped next day priority. Our pizza oven sat taunting us for two weeks.

Love the oven but thermostat is crap and damper rust first year
