I originally had problem with igniter on my maestro 60. I used lighter to start oven. It got to over 800 in 30 minutes, and the Saputo stones were also over 800. Pizza cooked great no burned crust bottom, which pleased the wife. They sent out a new igniter module and when I put it in ,everything worked great. The construction quality is great. I have had an Ooni, and used a Kamado Joe to cook pizza, but always had problems maintaining Temps etc. I have no regrets buying the Fontana, and recommend buying with the Saputo stones.
