Hands down the best customer service. They really aren’t kidding. It’s like dealing with the part of your family you enjoy being around.

My initial order of Saputo stones arrived damaged, but w/o hesitation Pete and Fontani Forni (FF) sent out another set that arrived in perfect condition. Thank you to Pete and FF for excellent customer service. I would recommend FF to others.
