Water cost in the state that I live is extremely expansive due to routinely long drought period year in year out. This allows me to call in the plumber before the leak gets out of hand. It also gives me a breakdown of usage based on activities and appliances so I know how to adjust their usage or replace them to prevent unnecessary waste of water. I highly recommend this device, it practically pays for itself over time.
