Hard to get customer service.

The replacement fill valve I ordered did not arrive inside 2 weeks and the Fedx tracking web site did not have any information. So I went to your web site and spent 30 to 40 minutes trying to contact someone who could help find out what was happening. I could not find how to contact Customer Service there. I did get in touch with a couple of your technical support people. But they did not have a way to access orders. Finally (I forget how) I was passed on the Katie H in Customer Service. She was Very helpfull. Today I received the replacement valve and it works. You might consider expanding your access to Customer Service. But Thank You to Katie H.

Disappointing

The buying process was good. It was unfortunate I didn’t have the option to purchase the septic safe cartridges without having to also purchase the non-septic safe cartridges. Then to learn that the septic safe cartridges are not working as hoped. We have a whole house reverse osmosis system for our water so the water going into the toilet is very clean. After installing the system we are seeing rings and discoloration in our toilet bowls. It was disappointing.
