Hard to get customer service.
The replacement fill valve I ordered did not arrive inside 2 weeks and the Fedx tracking web site did not have any information. So I went to your web site and spent 30 to 40 minutes trying to contact someone who could help find out what was happening. I could not find how to contact Customer Service there. I did get in touch with a couple of your technical support people. But they did not have a way to access orders. Finally (I forget how) I was passed on the Katie H in Customer Service. She was Very helpfull. Today I received the replacement valve and it works.
You might consider expanding your access to Customer Service. But Thank You to Katie H.
