Love the product. Although my order was missing 2 refills a quick phone call had them in the mail and arrived within 3 days. We all make mistakes but they corrected quickly. I will say I don't like the blue refills. They appear to run out very quickly (as in 2 weeks on a toilet used by 2 people who have 2 other toilets they use also. )

Well folks this fluidmaster work well, Keep everything clean, easy to install, No special tool,

you were a little low on inventory and I had to order twice 2 weeks apart to get what I wanted, but it worked out.

Excellent product. We use these all the time and keep them on hand when needed.
