I had an issue with my order. After a short explanation, they corrected my order immediately, no questions asked.

Love the product. Although my order was missing 2 refills a quick phone call had them in the mail and arrived within 3 days. We all make mistakes but they corrected quickly. I will say I don't like the blue refills. They appear to run out very quickly (as in 2 weeks on a toilet used by 2 people who have 2 other toilets they use also. )
