No good

Took over 2 weeks to receive the pillow I ordered. When I inquired on the status of shipping it took a couple days to get a response. Not sure I would buy from this company again.

Down feather pillow just didn’t work for me. It starts out supportive, cool and plush. But after about 2-3 hours I find myself flipping pillow, plumping it back up, etc. For reference I am 5ft and 100lbs but there just isn’t enough support for me. However the return process is smooth and I’m very happy with the customer service aspect.

Not best experience sorry. Took forever. I had to reach out for follow up. No phone number to call.

You need some major adjustments in your customer service process. I had to sell the 2nd pillow to a friend because you wouldn’t help me out with a return!! Shame on you!!!
