I placed the order and never heard back from the company. I sent in an inquiry and they told me it was backordered. I was not in a hurry, so that was OK. Would have been nice to know without having to make an inquiry.

I had a wait before
I had a wait before receiving. It wasn’t until I reached out to the company did I find out they were on back order. I feel I should have been notified when placing my order and updated throughout the process.
Even though it didn’t take too long to receive and I love the pillow.
Keep customer informed and you would have 5 stars.
