While information on the website all said 3-5 business days shipping or whatever, nothing said it would take a week plus to fill the order to begin with. Was not impressed by that at all

it took longer than promised

Would give five stars except for the fact that the robe does not fit. The main reason I ordered from fluff though was because of the pillows, and they are amazing. Just wish the robe fit around my shoulders. For anyone who orders the robe, if you normally wear an extra large, it may be tight and snug around your shoulders.

Arrived in a timely manner, well packaged and ready to use. Great.
