Buying the carpet was easy and we quickly got a delivery date. weather hazards and traffic delayed the driver and we received a text message and email advising of the length of delay 60-90 minutes. The driver arrived and was such a lovely person, apologising as he unloaded the carpet. He helped my husband put it into our hallway. Great service. We spent a couple of hours laying the carpet and it looks and feels great.
