Quality of both product and service are excellent. Delivery bang on schedule and couldn't ask for more from delivery driver who carried the product through to the back of the house before I even knew he was here.

Free samples arrived within days and when order placed we were able to pick a day for delivery and also change the day when we weren't ready to lay .Helpful and courteous and easy to speak to on the phone.

Every thing from start to finish has been excellent and well managed, communication good all the way. One concern is that the drivers need help at customer end when delivering the carpets-they work extremely hard and knowing what I know about health and safety they definitely lift more than they should-they need support-
