Having placed an order for 60m2 lvt flooring I waited for the delivery but it never arrived, it was difficult to get through to customer service but when I did and having also spoken with the shipping company it was eventually confirmed that the shipment had been lost and a second pallet was shipped. The second shipment was received in good time, however upon unpacking the pallet it looked like a forklift fork had hit one of the packs and damaged the contents for which I'm awaiting replacement. Overall the product received is of good quality and fairly priced, had the first shipment not been lost and the second shipment not been received damaged I would have given 5 stars.

Quality of flooring is excellent price is good too Communication could be made much easier and better

Shipping service was good, bit expensive! But arrived on time. Delivery was damaged, but replacement was soon organized and delivered

Can’t give full review as not had the flooring laid yet but as for delivery very good ordered on the Monday delivered on the Wednesday morning and quality of the floor looks good will add another review when the flooring is down

Product arrived on time and largely undamaged, pallet had clearly been left out in the rain though as all the packaging was sodden, a good test of how hard wearing the floor is I suppose!
