Product was very good but the delivery was very poor. Only ordered 3 packs of flooring but came on a large wooden pallet. Delivery driver wouldn't take pallet back even those lorry was empty. Also because the packs were overhanging the wooden pallet and the pallet being difficult to move just for 3 packs the corner of 1 pack was damaged, lucky one area of flooring requires shorter planks.

Very impressed with the price and quality of my flooring. Delivery was quick, my one criticism would be the lack of help unloading. Kerbside delivery is not the best especially if you're on your own. This really should be looked at.
