I ordered laminate wood flooring from this company. The web page states that delivery will be 3 – 5 working days. I am currently on day 10 and NO sign of my flooring. I have emailed to find out where my flooring is. Response = its on its way? I have rung to find out where my flooring IS. Response = we will ring you back. They haven’t. I am the one doing all the work to find out where my flooring is. The company have taken my money and are now NOT bothered about me and my flooring. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
