All fine at tge moment dont get delivery until tom

Really great service spoilt by poor communication, floor arrived as planned, good quality, fair price but unfortunately the wrong floor , so informed the company, they told me that it would be organised for collection, however the correct floor has now been delivered and the original incorrect floor still remains with me as driver was unable to take due to no paperwork, I have tried contacting them many times and left many messages, but 2 floors remain with me. Very pleasant polite people to deal with and I would certainly recommend the company
