Order was also very slow in arriving! All in all I am very disappointed!

I ordered this pillow and instead received dog toys and undergarments. Floof didn’t fix the issue but instead insinuated I am a liar. This is a scam or at best the most unprofessional, abhorrent customer service team I’ve ever encountered.
