Great customer service. While laying uncomfortable in my old bed,. I had always thought that a beds level of support should be adjustable vertically down the length of your body. And WHY HAD NO ONE THOUGHT OF THIS??? So good job executing on what should be obvious. Different shaped bodies with different biomechanical problems and different sleeping styles should have different levels of softness. We're not quite to perfection yet, but we're dang close and I'm confident we'll get there. The foam swap-out process has been painless and we're even doing a custom butt-Vzone for additional firm lower low-back support and an x-soft butt "pocket.". And because I'm weird I removed the vZone head support for adepression for my head when sleeping on my back that can be filled with a thick pillow when sleeping on my side. Which I really like!

What a truly positive buying experience. Flobeds has it together, beginning with their website, videos and a live person answering their phone. I did a lot of research before zeroing in on Flobeds. I really liked that I could build a bed to meet mine and my husbands needs. He wanted firm and I needed something to help eliminate shoulder and hip pressure point pain so we ordered the V-Zone bed along with the European foundation. Prior to placing our order I called to ask questions and was advised to change a few things within the firmness recommendations that was shown on the website. Our bed arrived just as it showed from the videos, it was easy to put together, the hardest part was taking everything out of the bags, probably took a couple hours in total. We did not originally purchase the wooden legs for the foundation because we thought our bed frame was adequate, it was not. I called and had the legs within 2 days. I will say it takes time and with adjustments to the V-zone as well as the adjusters in the European foundation to get the feel just right. So just be aware it may not be a perfect fit from the get go. But that's the beauty of this bed, unlike the name brand mattresses that you cannot adjust this one has many options and Flobeds wants to help you get it just right for you.
