Flo Beds is a friendly, very professional smaller business, which we like. We bought a soft sided waterbed from them quite a few years ago and really liked it. So when it was time to purchase a bed again, we went back to Flo Beds. Great customer service, great product. We like that they offered an organic, natural organic latex bed. We like the ability to layer the bed to meet our individual needs. Fantastic warranty. Only one other business we found offering a similar product, but much more expensive.

This was my third time purchasing the Coma Mattress Topper for my college bound children. My older two swear the topper is a dorm bed necessity, in fact several of my daughter's friends happened to sit on her bed and insisted on knowing why her dorm bed was so comfortable, while theirs was just bearable. They ended up ordering your fabulous product! You were sold out of the Coma Mattress Topper in Twin XL and I would have to buy my third child a different topper which I was not happy about, but you were so gracious and understanding that you offered to make one for my daughter. Your company is one that understands the meaning of customer service because you provide OUTSTANDING service and a FABULOUS product.
