FloBeds Latex Mattress

Buying a mattress is a HUGE decision. Buying a mattress online is downright frightening. Flobeds makes the entire process safe, easy and will leave you wondering why you hesitated....seriously! My husband and I purchased our split-king FloBed almost five years ago....this was after the nightmare of trying every conceivable "quality" mattress on the market, from the highest end Tempurpedic and SleepNumber to more conventional brands like Stearns & Foster. We both have back issues, different from each other, but we do have them, (doesn't almost everybody???) We struggled to like the mattresses we bought, and always made sure we purchased from companies that had some sort of return policy, "just in case". I won't go into detail, but bottom line was that we not only could not find a mattress that offered quality and comfort, but some actually exacerbated existing back issues. And trying to return them?? Even within 2 weeks time when we were promised 30 days?? That would almost be a joke if it wasn't such a miserable experience. If you even attempt this serious approach to mattress shopping, it would be wise to have the owner or at least the manager of the store where you purchased actually sign something guaranteeing your ability to return within 30 days. "nuff said on that topic! We were introduced to organic tallalay latex mattresses when stumbled upon a small mattress specialty store in our quest for the perfect bed. This store had organic mattresses very similar to Flobeds. However, they were more than 3 times the price and there was absolutely NO return policy. And they did not sell additional cores....once you purchased, that was it! We loved the feel of the beds though, and almost bought....even though I had done a great deal of online research, we somehow felt it safer to buy from this store. The day we went to purchase, the owner said she was glad to see us again....she actually said, "I get tired of people coming in here and then going home and BUYING A BETTER QUALITY MATTRESS WITH A RETURN GUARANTEE FROM FLOBEDS." What???? Yes, that's what she said. And while I very much believe in supporting a local merchant, I asked her if she would be willing to at least offer a 30 day return guarantee. Nope......so, yes, we went home and ordered from FloBeds! And yes, they are an incredibly nice family owned business.... In our five years of owning our bed, we have added and/or changed configuration of cores a few times as our bodies and needs changed. It has always been a pleasure to work with FloBeds on this. Their Customer Service is friendly and professional, and honestly very concerned that they get things "just right" for you. Hooray for Goldilocks! We share our bed stories with our friends and family as often as anyone is willing to listen. We have at least four friends who have now purchased FloBeds and they all thank us all the time for seriously changing their lives with these mattresses. I know this is a rather wordy review...but I could actually write a novel sized review about this company and its products, its service and its people. Bottom line...we love FloBeds and can't imagine anyone not feeling the same. My Husband & I have been dealing with long time Pain & Injuries. Sleep has been difficult. Until we tried a Wonderful Bed from FloBeds! It is INCREDIBLE!!! The Staff & Product are the Best!!! Do Yourself a Really Big Favor----get a FloBed!

These are the best beds on the planet. Customizable to body types and weights and impact on different areas of the body. And I love that when I call Dewey he knows exactly what I’ve ordered in the past.

We bought our FloBed I think in 1999 or 2000. we've had to replace the air cells a couple of times but each time y'all have been so helpful and, thankfully, can sill get the air cell for us! your customer service can't be beat!
