Paul was a great listener and so thoughtful in answering my questions and helping me figure out which topper might be suitable for me. Seriously, he spent a lot of time on the phone with me and even called me back after checking on something with his boss. We don’t all live near a store so this kind of assistance is the next best thing!

I called to order replacement parts and the rep was great, he looked up my old order and didn’t try to up-sale. Very helpful.

Just ordered our mattress, had several conversations with Dave, Dewey and Paul. It is a true pleasure to be able to pick up the phone and speak to someone who truly cares about your concerns and takes the time to answer all of your questions. Never felt pressured to place the order. We finally ordered with Dewey, it was a excellent experience so far. Hope to have out bed in the next few days, excited to have more restful sleep! Thanks to the staff for a fantastic experience!

We bought our bed 5 years ago and it ha been great, My husband wanted to make his bed a little more soft and so I called them and talked to Drew who was so friendly and he told me how to easily make it softer.The new mattress was sent out the next day for a small $75 price! Wow that is incredible service in my book.
