FloBeds Latex Mattress

It took me months of research for latex mattresses on line before I decided to buy a Latex Vzone split king and adjustable base from FloBeds. What convinced me to go with their company was based on several things.When I asked lots of questions, Dewey and Paul were very helpful and patient with me.I called several times before I felt safe enough to order. It amazed me that I was talking to a family member. I liked that they answered the phones when I called.So many of the other company's I called had me leave a message for a sales rep to call me back..Some of their sales people did not know how to answer my questions.There were a lot of sales people talking on phones around them and it made it hard to hear their answers.It was important to me that they owned the company and my mattress was made to order just for my special needs in their own factory. They have been in business for a long time.They have a BBB A+ rating.They also give back to their community.I liked the videos showing the factory, employees,family members,and how the mattresses are made.They made me feel like my questions and needs were important to them and not just the sale. I think they will continue to help me in the future. The adjustable bed is back ordered.Dewey and Paul have called several times with up dates on delivery.They have been so thoughtful. All the reviews i have read helped me feel safe in choosing Flo Beds.I will up date again after I have slept on my new bed for three months.So if you are reading this I know how you feel about all your research and fears of buying a mattress on line.Just stop searching and buy a FloBed. You won't be sorry.A happy Florida customer.

Representative treated me courteously and was very knowledgeable about FloBeds. My husband and I had one of their beds before, but it burned down in the October 9, 2017 fire in Santa Rosa, CA. I was calling to buy a new bed to replace the lost one. I highly recommend this company’s products. Its beds are incredibly comfortable.

The website layout and videos really help us get educated about the products and about how to select the right bed configuration. Paul was very helpful in the final configuration process and made it easy to finalize the purchase; we are thankful for this support!
