The service was 98%. The website is great, my desk arrived super quick. However, one of the drawers didn't fit the desk, it was too large and stuck out, it was part of a kit, so not my fault. On my initial enquiry, with photos, the operator asked me to send more details. My original email had photos with descriptions.
The next response was, "we can refund you £10"... this is on an unusable £65 drawer. Hmm, I think not.
I responded to this, slightly annoyed, suggesting they pick the drawer up and refund it in full as they sent me an unsuitable accessory. Which they did. So in the end all turned out perfect. It was just a bit odd that I had to jump through multiple hoops to make this happen and I may have been left with a £10 refund and a useless drawer.
I wonder if the service desk is external or something, not a great reflection on the otherwise excellent quality and service.
