Quality materials and great customer service!

Thank you for the excellent, prompt service! I reached out to two companies, and received my burner pipe from Firepits Direct five days before the other company even replied to my inquiry ! Also the burner pipe from Firepits Direct is stainless steel. All others I considered were cheap pot metal.

In the first installation, we discovered issues with the gas line. Took months to resolve that (behind a stone wall, permits, etc. ), they stuck with the project and created a beautiful installation.
