Not only the highest quality, but the best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time! My first shipment was badly damaged by the shipping company and when I reported it, Firedisc had a new one sent the next day along with a return shipping label! The second one was lost in shipping…. Can’t make this up! Again Firedisc to the rescue with another on the way now! I know by the first one that the quality is top notch and I can’t wait to make my first meal with one!
