We recently purchased a Three Stage Whole Filtering System from Filterway, because our water quality left a lot to be desired! In two short weeks after installing the system, we immediately found the quality of our water improved by at least 30-40%, giving us great tasting water, fresher laundry, better feeling hair and improving our shower or bathing experience. However, we experienced a sudden drop in water pressure which was found to be the failure with one of the filters in our three (3) stage whole house system, an issue which was found to be a design flaw with the filter casings. After contacting the folks at Filterway, they jumped into action and addressed the problem immediately, and was already working on the replacement solution with the manufacturer of the filter casing having them upgraded. But that is only part of the story. Paul, a rep for Filterway, first sent us a set of filters to get us back up and operational and get us through until the improved filters were released, literally putting the customer first! This is going the extra mile to stand behind their products, customer service and support! In which case, we give them a five (5) out of five rating!! And will continue to give them all our business. Folks at filterway worked with me to create a three-sump filter system specific to MY needs, and at the lowest possible price. The assembly is all supported by a simple single hanging plate that will save space in my confined area, and the fact these filter assemblies have provisions for discharge gauges will allow me to save more space without needing to plumb additional Tee’s into the piping. The gauges will allow me to monitor the discharge pressure after each filter, and determine when each component needs replacement. All told, a good, sturdy system that meets MY needs and limited space.
