So I need to know 1. Did I do install wrong ( plumbing or filters) or 2. This system doesn’t help PPM??? Want a home unit if it’s PPMs

What a great place to find after a fruitless search with the store where we had bought the refrigerator --one in business for many years-- who referred me to amazon!
