Product quality and delivery were fine, but the product does not function as advertised.

Horrible instructions and no phone number

I’d rate it zero, but that’s not an option. Waste of money. Would be better to just set money on fire, at least you’d could enjoy the nice fire for a minute

Half of the order was missing and customer service is only through email

The desk arrived broken and customer service said it would take over two weeks to get a replacement.
