Amazing experience with Feizbo, but the shipping partner did not deliver to my door. I had to figure out how to get up 3 flights of stairs alone so that was dandy, but luckily I had a neighbor help.

A good experience thus far.

Item arrived damaged (multiple pieces). Instead of replacement pieces they only offered a 10% refund. I continued to request replacement pieces but they didn’t even acknowledge that option. I was only offered a 20% refund in the end.
