Item arrived damaged (multiple pieces). Instead of replacement pieces they only offered a 10% refund. I continued to request replacement pieces but they didn’t even acknowledge that option. I was only offered a 20% refund in the end.

If we are talking about the product alone, it is AMAZING! Besides that every other aspect of the company is terrible, but I didn't pay for that. So if you can get over your package being lost, and employees not responding to assist. Then I highly recommend this desk.

Good company. If they can ship faster, that would be good. FedEx acts totally irresponsible and won’t deliver on time.
