Easy experience and good product

Really great product, very easy to assemble and works exactly as you’d expect, I love it

The desk seems to be good, the dispatch time was ok. But I requested delivery Mon-Fri 8 to 6 pm. The first attempt was made on a Friday at 8:30 pm, the second one in the following Saturday. Luckily there was someone there to receive it this time. What is the point of delivery notes if they are going to be totally ignored?

Great product but irritating not to be able to select a day for delivery for such a bulky item, and annoying to only find out it was being delivered on the day. Very inconvenient but thankfully it worked out by chance.
