I’ve been a keen home espresso maker for 20 years. Learned a lot about grind, puck prep etc. I’ve had Vibiemme Domobar machines which have been great, moving to the Super PID model 6 years ago to try and improve my temperature profiles. My Series 1 has made it so much easier - now free to try different beans and roasts at will and enjoy consistent and superb coffees every time!

Despite a bit longer shipping time than what other companies these days are able to achieve, and aa slightly damaged product, Fellow was prompt to provide a solution or an agreement to solve the situation. But if shipping had been faster, I would have returned the product and waited for an intact one, so I had to settle with the discount option. Thnks for the great service and products!
